Delete your account

You can delete your Pool Otter account and everything stored with it on our servers at any time.

In the app

1. Open More › Account & sync.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently erases your account, your synced pool data and anything stored under your account on our servers. The data on your phone stays until you delete the app. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
